My role at The Orchard Practice
I started my professional career as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, which gave me a great starting point in understanding finances and accounts. I took this knowledge with me into financial planning and advice.
A typical day for me involves meeting new and existing clients to discuss and understand their situation and ensure everything we are doing is working towards their goals. I’ll then spend time creating and updating clients’ financial plans with the most up to date information we have.
Outside of work
I enjoy watching and playing football and spending time with my family and friends.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the fact that everyone I look after is unique and has their own story to tell, and the fact that my clients trust me enough to open up to me so that I can give them the best advice for their circumstances.

Arsenal.
Something people might be surprised to learn about you…
It took me five attempts to pass my driving test. Which is surprising as I am a very good driver.
What made you decide to do the work you’re currently doing?
I was a Chartered Accountant and found that it was too focused on the past rather than looking forwards.
I thought it would be rewarding to use my financial expertise to help real people achieve their real financial aspirations. And it is; I love what I do.
