Sandra:

Hi, my name is Sandra Burns and this is my husband Paul, we’ve been a client at The Orchard Practice for around three years and Josh has been our adviser.

Paul:

We’d been sitting down in conversation about our finances, and we just thought it was a good idea to go to somebody to get a bit of professional advice, with our finances and where we need to go forward with it. We’d also been recommended The Orchard Practice by some friends of ours as well, who’d used them and that’s how we got the contact.

Sandra:

The main reason we went to The Orchard Practice was for our pensions, we needed some advice, which we’ve been given and we’re very happy with it. We’re now on good stead for where we wanted to be.

Paul:

They’ve been extremely professional and extremely helpful all along the way. The advice they have given us, with our finances and our pensions has gone far beyond what we expected. We came out of our last meeting with a big smile on our faces, because their advice and their direction has changed our financial life very much.

Sandra:

We’re very happy at the moment with our financial future. We feel we’ve been guided the right way, we have lots of greens, we’re extremely happy. And hopefully we’re heading to a good safe, happy financial future.

Paul:

I think with the financial side of things with our lives before we went there, it was quite messy really. We didn’t have a proper package put together. They’ve totally turned that around and got our finances all together for us. They’ve guided us with very good advice, and very good investments. This has put us now in a fantastic position with our finances and with our future for our finances for when we retire.

Sandra:

The best thing we found about working with The Orchard Practice, they’ve been extremely good with our appointments. When we go to see them, we work busy long days. It’s not a problem of what time of the day we can go to see them. There was never a rush to get us into the office and to get us out of the office.

Paul:

Three words I would use to describe The Orchard Practice are professional, helpful and friendly.

Sandra:

The best piece of advice we’ve been given from The Orchard Practice is regarding our pensions, where we’re putting our money, where we need to put more in, where we need to hold back and where we are wasting some money or putting it into places that shouldn’t be there. The advice we’ve been given on where it’s best to be putting our money has been excellent.

Paul:

I would definitely recommend The Orchard Practice and we have done, because even our children have used The Orchard Practice for their mortgages. Also, as well we have recommended them to some other friends of ours who have needed some help with their finances. So, we would definitely, definitely recommend them to other people, yes.
